HOW TO APPLY, RULES, ACCOMODATION

 

The dead line for submission of application is 1st May 2011
(the number of candidates is limited)

The candidates are obliged to submit the following documents:

  1. Duly completed application form
  2. A proof that the first installment of registration fee is paid
  3. A copy of passport

The application together with the above listed document should be sent:

PARTICIPATION FEE

I, II, III, IV, V and PRO category

  1. 130 € - tickets for concerts, competition, accommodation (full accommodation)
  2. 80 € - tickets for concerts, competition, accommodation (room without board)
  3. 50 € tickets for concerts, competition

FOR ESCORT (parents, teachers)

  1. 80 €* - accommodation (full accommodation)
  2. 60 €*- accommodation (room without board)

*this fee is only for participant's escort (parents or teachers) and it includes tickets for concerts and all public playing of participants

Privilege:

If there are group of four candidates from the same school, the escort for that group (professor, parent…) will be provided free accommodation (room with breakfast) and presence on all festival activities.

The registration fee should be paid in two rates:

The first rate – 30 € for one candidate and include the reservation for participant.

General condition:

  1. The candidates themselves bear travel expenses
  2. In case of cancellation by the candidate, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed

  3. Daily program of the festival with all the materials and information will be distributed when registering on 11th May 2011. In "Kosztolányi Dezső" Theatre
